Old Business

There have been no meetings for the last 2 months of the Joint Venture: Silicon Valley group on disaster preparedness, and thus no forward movement with the Red Cross. I have also not heard of any new actions with the eCLIC group. Still no new status on the 501(c)3 application for SBay.Org; we're waiting on the IRS and the Franchise Tax Board.

New Business

We had a wide ranging discussion around the San Jose EOC roof install.
